The sale experience was fine. The phone came in the condition that was stated which was great. One thing that made me feel a little off about it though was that the box for the iphone is not the original box that it is supposed to come with as listed in the sale. It had “Demo - Not For Resale” on the back and crossed off with a black marker. The serial number and imei on the box was different than that of the phone, but other than that everything else is fine.

I got the phone, but the phone can barely get any cellular signal and shows to have no service. I tried the same sim card in 2 other Iphones and they work fine.I tried everything to make get signal, but nothing works. I want to return it and get another if possible.

The box says the Note 9 comes with a SIM card included but the phone I received did not have a SIM card in it. I had to use the SIM card from my old phone to active the Note 9. Did I receive an incomplete product?
