Guillermo Lopez sold a phone to me that could not be activated due to an unpaid balance, according to more than one IMEI checker.

The phone's USB C port was heavily damaged. The phone could only be charged or accessed with the plug a certain direction. This is because one side of the connector's pins were gone. He claims he never noticed the problem, despite all the other phones he's sold recently having reversible charge ports.

He promised to include a SIM card and an extra screen protector. He did not ship those items. He acknowledged that he didn't send them, implied he would ship them the following day, then did not ship them.

Despite all these problems that were his fault, he refused to refund my return shipping costs. He said he doesn't believe he's responsible. Which is mind boggling. I hate to leave negative feedback, but this is just too much fail for one seller.
