Item was not in "mint" condition as advertised, rather "good". It had hairline scratches on the glass, some minor marks on the back and aesthetic/housing damage on the charging port area, as well as a missing screw which made me think it had been opened before to replace something. It was all incredibly hard to spot on the item pictures, so it did seem like it was mint.

However, the seller agreed to a partial refund. And aside from those minor issues, the device works perfectly and the seller included all original packaging/accessories in great shape, and everything was very well packed. So I'm satisfied with my purchase and would not tell people to avoid this seller because of this.
