Had minor issues with activating the phone, all due to the carrier, not the seller. Through this, the seller kept in contact with me, replying multiple times in a manner of minutes throughout the couple days it took to resolve the issue with the carrier, and keeping a calm and supporting demeanor throughout the exchange. The device arrived the day after I ordered (much faster than anticipated), in perfect condition as described, with all accessories and packaging intact.
