Seller has good communication and the shipping was prompt. There was a hardware issue with the phone but after sending it back he got it repaired and sent back. Now the phone is working and everything is good.

A little bit of a burn in issue around the nav buttons that were not mentioned but it can be lived with few minor nicks but it's certainly is in decent shape. The shipping was very fast, Will certainly shop with this seller again.

Fast shipping, device is in good condition, working just fine. Only complaint is that it was not factory reset. The user data was gone but it was setup with an administrator user under the seller's name ... why not just factory reset it before shipping?

The Nexus 10 arrived today and is in the process of charging. Haven't played around with it yet, but it seems just fine.

Note: I had to do a hard reset on the tablet so it could be cleared of any personal information. The user's information was intact and logged right into gmail before I realized it; it's wiped now, no worries.
