Hello! I recently bought a Google Pixel from your company that was considered in "mint" condition. It came right on time and I was impressed by the timeliness of the shipment. 25 days later, the phone speaker completely went out and the phone constantly crashes at 30% battery. I had no trouble with it previously and there were no incidents that would trigger this kind of malfunction. What are my options with your company and my phone? Thank you for your response!
