The Good: Phone is exactly as advertised! I really appreciate a seller whose description of a device is accurate. Even though Swappa allows posting of photos of the actual device, the sellers rating of the device is equally important as photos of devices are often not well shot. The Bad: Although the device shipped within the Swappa two business day time limit, I wish the seller would have shipped the device a day sooner since the sale occurred on Saturday and the device wasn't shipped until Tuesday. The seller did use USPS two day priority, another plus in my opinion. That said, I am a pretty demanding customer and most buyers wouldn't care about the one day shipping delay.
