John was an amazing seller. Communication was unbelievable. Every question I had received a timely answer and he even went out of his way to look into the shipping with USPS. USPS tracking system is extremely outdated, but he did his best to get to the bottom of it. Item arrived with every item from the photos. Even included several cases, 2 screen protectors and a cable. He packaged the phone up just as you would if it were a fragile piece of glass. I was really surprised at how well he packaged it, because normally people just half-ass it most of the time and just want the sale. DON'T HESITATE TO PURCHASE FROM HIM BELIEVE ME I WOULD DO IT AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION!
