The seller ship the phone within 2 days. I would have rated a 5 star, but the seller got a little impatient with me, because I didn't understand bootloader not being locked. If you received a phone with an error message popping up, any one would be concern. However he did send a link to that I had to access, download software to get the bootloader locked. My advice in the future is to be patient with a buyer, if they don't understand. Thanks!
