Daniel H. was very up front about a potential issue he saw with the sale and offered me a refund if I didn't not want to take the chance on a phone that might not behave 100% properly (it wasn't updating OTA, although I managed to update it manually).
The listing didn't mention that it was the international version of the phone, however. Daniel was very understanding and gave me a full refund once the device was returned.

He was honest, reponsive, and very helpful. The device that originally came was awesome. Unfortunately, had an issue with the bottom microphone, so he quickly set up a repair with Apple for me, and I quickly received a replacement phone - essentially i got a brand new phone. I was impressed with his quick and decisive action; he is certainly an asset to the Swappa community.
