Happy with the phone. Slight glitch with the final checklist item regarding potential for phone to be blocked in the future. Appreciated the exchange with the seller and Swappa rep's help. I expect we will use it in the future.

Order shipped much quicker than anticipated. Although the listing stated the condition was "Good", I do not see how this phone could have been listed anything but "Mint." Extremely pleased, would purchase from this seller again.

Product as described. Seller seems very honest imo, possibly moreso than other sellers on here. He gave an honest description of the phone and categorized it's condition appropriately and shipped it fast. He rated the phone as good and described it as having minor scratches on the screen and housing. Tbh I wouldn't have even noticed the two very minor scratches on the screen if he hadn't said something. Phone honestly seems in very good condition to me (not mint but certainly very good for a used phone and a lot better than many of the phones listed here show in their photos) and I'm very pleased with it. The photos accurately portrayed the condition of the phone. The battery health is just as was stated on the listing. I would buy from this seller again. I'm sorry I didn't finalize the sale earlier. Also seller responded to my messages and concerns promptly. Thank You!

EDIT 11 November 2019:
Unfortunately after some time I've come to notice the screen doesn't register touch properly. It happened the first day I got it but I thought it was caused by smudges on the screen or just a bug, however after months of use I've concluded it's a faulty screen (possibly a replacement). The issue comes and goes and mostly makes selecting things in the bottom left corner very difficult when it happens. I'll still leave a positive rating since that's the only thing wrong with the phone, but I do advise the seller to thoroughly check their phones before selling.
