I recieved the phone but it was on boost instead of sprint, which was what you advertised it as. I do not want to have to return the phone. I called sprint and they said to ask you to call boost customer service to unlock the phone from boost or to return it.
If you could unlock it that would be very much appreciated and will give 5 star rating because its an understandable mistake, given that boost is owned by sprint.

Great Sale no issues

An hour after receiving the phone the screen went fuzzy to the point that the phone was unusable until rebooted. This kept happening so we requested a refund from the seller since the phone was defective. Seller did not want to take responsibility and instead told us the phone was still under warranty and to contact google to get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not an honest seller.

Phone was in good condition but they sent me a faulty charger. They were quick to respond and send a new charger. It never got to me but I forgot to include my apt # in the address so that is on me. Overall good transaction, working phone and good costumer service.
