Laptop was shipped with only a single layer of thin bubble wrap and minimal additional padding inside the box. The 400W charging brick was just loose in the package. The original box was listed as included, but the seller said it was missing shortly after purchase and told me he could just refund and relist rather than working towards a solution. There’s also a scratch / wear on the front lip, not a big deal, but I wouldn’t consider it mint. A little bit more effort would have been appreciated. However, all the spec of the device were correct, the price was good, and no major issues were spotted.

EDIT: After leaving a neutral review, the seller responded by criticizing me for the “negative” rating. This review has always been neutral as to not hurt the sellers ratings
