Item was advertised falsely. It was supposed to be an unlocked iPhone. Instead I received an iPhone locked to T-Mobile with a little bypass device attached to the SIM card. By the time I realized it, several months had passed and this seller refused to offer a full refund. Then, he dropped off all contact altogether. Swappa tried to reach out and get him to respond. He didn't. As I understand currently, his account has some limitations due to this event.

I highly recommend this seller. The phone I received had an issue with the speaker which would have been hard to identify. They fixed the problem at no charge. Easy to work with.
