Seller sold a me a device that was refurbished and had a "non-genuine display" prompt pop up on the phone. There was no mention of the fact that the device was refurbished in the listing and when questioned about it, the seller indicated he doesn't believe that a screen replacement qualifies as a device being refurbished.

Seller was not helpful at all in the return/refund process and said the "sale will stand." Had to get Paypal involved.
