Seller called me a liar after he sent me a knock-off charger (not what was pictured in listing) and I requested either a replacement or credit to buy a replacement. I doubt this was an honest mistake, and more importantly there is no excuse for the disrespect he showed when I respectfully and calmly tried to address a problem with what was sent.

This laptop stopped working towards the end of June. I took it to the Apple Store and found out that Apple diagnostics were done on this machine on 5/14/26 which showed power issues and many other problems. No repairs were done. Ultimately I learned from Apple that repair would be $1,569 there was some corrosion from a previous liquid spill and it needed a logic board, etc. I attempted to get a refund or cash offer for money back online to no avail. My last ditch was to call, I did, Tom listened. CartMir is allowing a return and giving a full refund. It took a while to get here but that exceeded my expectations. As soon as that refund hits my account, I will update this review to a BIG thumbs up as they showed they stand behind what they do and care about customer satisfaction.
