The laptop is exactly as described. It is in excellent condition. It did not, however, present with the usual macOS setup assistant with the Hello screen. I used another device to access the Apple customer service assistant online to walk me through step by step. It took a couple of hours but it worked perfectly. Now, the laptop is ready to go and I love using it.
CartMir responded promptly and positively to my communication throughout even though they did not have an answer to help me. Again, I used the Apple online tools and had great success.

Seller intentionally did not show photos of a significant dent on the side of the computer. While it still worked fine, I would have opted to get a different computer if the listing was described correctly to show this issue. I wanted $40 refund, but was offer $20 or a return (which seller insisted I would have to pay shipping for even though swappa policy mentioned otherwise). I ended up just keeping the computer but this is my experience. Buyers beware
