Bad buying experience with this seller. Seller was not honest in his listing and left out important detail about device functionality in his listing. When I found out about it, I was reasonable explaining the charging port issue of the device and have been requesting for a return within standard return period. But seller is defensive and unwilling to approve the return. Now I have to report this problem to Paypal and waste even more time on a simple and reasonable return request. Buying a used phone on Swappa isn't so bad until you run into sellers like this. I've been a long time user of Swappa and never had such a bad buying experience. For future potential buyers, if you see this seller, please take this review as an example and don't buy anything from him.
Update: The seller accepted return. It took some time, but we worked things out.
