The screen is in perfect shape, they did list was a very small hairline scratch on screen and I noticed two minor scratches on camera lense but overall I was satisfied with the purchase and original box it came with.

The tablet, keyboard, and pen are working exactly as described, and I love the entire bundle. It is just what I needed, and I am happy with my purchase. The order was shipped out very fast and packed up well. It arrived in just a couple of days. The only issue I had was that the pen did not work at first as described. I had asked ahead of time if the pen came with a battery and was told it did. The pen had a battery, but the battery was barely working. The pen would sync but not write. I had to order a battery and wait a few days. I informed the seller, who told me that he sold the laptop not the pen, and if it did not work he felt that he should not have to refund me for the pen. Thankfully the battery arrived and now the pen is working perfectly. I wish the seller had checked this properly before selling it as I wasted several days working with Microsoft and trying and get the pen to work. I do recommend the seller though because he was fast, and the product is actually perfect!

The seller had listed the iphone as unlocked, but the phone I received was locked with t-mobile. I uploaded the proof from Apple showing the phone was locked with t-mobile on the swappa sale page. The owner had also indicated that he is the original owner of the phone, but it turned out that he was not the original owner and hence could not work with t-mobile to unlock the phone.

However, on the positive side, the seller was quick to ship the device to me. He also confirmed the above discrepancies and accepted the return and refunded the money.
