I mistakenly viewed the picture of the IPAD that Swappa placed on the listing, instead of reading the description by this seller. After purchasing, I realized it had the wrong color screen border. This seller, who would have been perfectly justified in holding me to the sale, so kindly cancelled the sale for me and refunded me. This is the type of seller I would definitely buy from in the future. What a nice, understanding, patient person.

The iphone I purchased was reported as lost or stolen. It was rendered unusable and it also caused my SIM card to be disabled in the process. I spent over 3 hours on the phone followed by an hour at a Verizon store before I was able to finally reactivate my old phone. To make things even worse, this phone was intended to be a Christmas gift, so the fact that it was unusable was particularly upsetting. This happened to me once before on eBay and it was a lesson learned. I went to swappa because they are supposed to prevent issues like this from happening. No such luck in this case.
UPDATE: seller seems to be very upset by this feedback and followed up by writing “... your one negative review doesn’t really bother me. Take your money and go elsewhere.”
I suggest you ALL buy from someone else. This seller acts as if selling stolen items is perfectly normal and should be expected. Also be warned that another buyer wrote a very similar review just last month.
