Although I requested a later shipping date, the product was slow to arrive, even after taking a holiday into consideration. Seller said this was due to the post office in the area being a "joke." Did not receive phone case advertised in listing. Seller said case was attached to the outside of the box because the case did not fit inside the box. Attaching items to the outside of packages is not allowed by the post office and was likely removed. Notified seller, but seller neither apologized nor offered to rectify the situation.

Seller was slow to ship and, after shipping without agreed to MicroSD card did not compensate as agreed to. Phone works fine.
