The phone arrived in fair condition at best. The seller did not specify the damage of the phone. There were deep nicks and scratches on both glass sides, and one corner has a dent. The charging port cover stayed slightly open because it was missing the gasket to keep it sealed shut, negating its waterproof ability. Also, it was missing the plastic SIM tray, so I couldn't even use it as a phone. Fortunately, I was able to buy spare parts off eBay. As for the damage, most of it was on the anti-shatter film that Sony puts on the glass from the factory. So after an hour of scraping the film off, it feels like a whole different phone. Still not a bad deal for the price I paid. The seller shipped pretty fast too.
