This Ipads battery is not good. It doesn't charge at all. I expect a response as soon as possible.

Horrible! Do not give business to Wireless Traders. It's not just that I was sold a faulty device (verified by Verizon), I was also treated terribly throughout the process. The seller has still not reimbursed return shipping costs, as required per Swappa policy. As a result of being sent a faulty device, I was without a working phone for weeks and had to pay return shipping myself. The two interactions I did have with Wireless Traders were rude, condescending, unhelpful, and they never even gave me an answer about return shipping costs, they just stopped responding altogether to avoid the issue. Sellers that will not stand by their products, and then treat customers with such disregard, have no place on Swappa. I recommend taking your business somewhere else.

This buyer sold blacklisted equipement. And is refusing to resolve other than return the equipment. DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER. Swappa was also not helpful . I will be returning

Wireless Traders listed this as a "new" item, but I have never purchased a brand new item that had this serious of an issue, without the manufacturer performing some QA for this to never get packaged. There was an entire area of the screen that did not register touch or would think that I was inputting multiple touches at once. I was a little worried about ordering because another user commented "good luck" just before I agreed to purchase this device. There was no way that device they sold as "new" was actually a brand new unit directly from Apple. Not sure where they are getting their "new" units, but I will never purchase from them again.

This has been a waste of my time and money - return shipping and waste of a dbrand skin put on the "new" device where I didn't expect to have any issues right out of the box. Very unsatisfied with this whole process so far and Swappa's involvement and return policy.

Don't buy from them! Don't be a fool like me, do research and look up other companies before coming to this one, I know it's cheap but there's a reason why it's cheap. I emailed them back to back about my charger, nothing in return. Customer service was awful

I recieved the ipad and I know I'm just now writing a review, but my experience with shipping and etc was good. The ipad itself was complete junk. The battery would die from 40% charge. It wasn't worth what I paid.

Seller sent me an iPad Pro with a broken touch input. Over half of the touch screen didn't work at all, and the rest is finicky. The glass also appeared to be pressing into the LCD when touching it. I can't believe that this was actually tested before being sent out. They did refund as soon as they received the return, and later refunded my return shipping cost.

Spent multiple hours trying to get phone to work to no avail. Ended up finding out phone was not paid off. No explanation nor apology from seller, just a return slip to send phone back for refund. Horrible experience and waste of time.

Received my iPad with a blemish under the glass of the screen in top right corner of iPad that was not in the pictures or description. It also has a dead spot in the touch screen that is totally inactive in middle bottom party of the screen. Overall not happy with my purchase and would not buy from these guys again.

I paid an additional $10.00 for expedited shipping, should of been here in 48hours. It took a day less than a week and I had to pay an additional $18.70 in postage because they didn’t label it correctly or pay for it. Sale stated it was part of the price. Not happy at all, plus the extra time it took because they didn’t do it right.
