Device not as described. Unreasonable seller - AVOID!!!

iPad does not meet the criteria for “mint”. Package was not very well wrapped - just loosely enclosed in bubble wrap. There are a few marks on the back and a few around the edge along with some etching on the screen on the right and top left.

Seller refused return or consideration on price given the circumstances. (I could dispute via PayPal, but that would be a huge hassle and ultimately cost me money.)

Easy to work with, quick to respond, and flexible! I needed a phone that day and had it in-hand within 8 hours of purchase. I would give Shawn W. a 6th star if I could!!!! Also was my first use of internet purchase safe zones in the City of Columbus, 10/10 would recommend.
