Phone had a major defect (inoperable bottom speaker which in this phone meant it was incapable of ringing), but seller listed it as "mint" condition. Seller did put note in damage section about speaker issue, but didn't indicate it would make it unusable as a phone due to ringing issue. Honestly, I glossed over that section because I know any phone sold on Swappa has to be fully functional and I was fine with minor cosmetic damage, but I still should have been aware. Shame on me on that count. To be fair, the phone's cosmetic condition was very good.

Anyway, when I requested to return the phone because it was not fully functional, seller said all sales were final and did not budge until Swappa intervened. I hate to leave bad feedback, but this was not a good purchase experience. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware.
