Almost 2 weeks late.

The phone was sold with a case and a new screen protector. But, due to poor packaging, the screen protector arrived cracked. I reported this to the seller and got a response saying only that they were sorry. I replied saying I was disappointed and that I had expected a replacement screen protector or some explanation why they couldn't provide one. No further response from the seller.
