Seller sent computer that didn't match description (8gb RAM instead of 16gb, 256gb SSD instead of 512gb, listed as mint, computer was definitely used). When I reported the transaction, they disappeared off the face the planet and changed their name on Swappa. Paypal had to get involved to issue my partial refund. Not a trustworthy seller.
