The phone I received is in great condition and works fine, however it was not protected or insulated at all in the box it was shipped in. A little bit of bubble wrap would have been nice. Other than that, was a good experience.

Refunded buyer rather than fulfill sale.

Seller did not answer questions after sale and did not ship within two business days despite updating status as "shipped." I was in disbelief about the extremely poor packaging: phone was unsecured in a loose, thin bubble wrap sleeve with one end left opened, and then placed into a much larger box with nothing preventing it from slamming around the inside of the box and against the charger during shipping.

Despite the packaging, the phone somehow still managed to arrive in good condition, and combined with the excellent price is why I am rating 3/5 stars.

Shawn was quick and willing to work with him again. The sale was completed and the phone is in excellent condition. I highly recommend this seller.
