Device didn't come as described, seller didn't make it easy to return, decided to sell the device for a loss.

Tablet came fast and had everything that was advertised.

Had a slight issue as the device was NOT factory reset and had a password-protected username with Bitlocker encryption, so I was unable to factory reset it myself.

BUT, the seller quickly provided me with the password so I was able to factory reset it AND upgrade to Windows 10. It's been running great ever since.

I took off a star as it should have been reset ahead of time, but otherwise good seller and good communication. Thanks!
