Very fast shipping and good communication. The only thing I would say is that it wasn't packaged well in the box and the phone was thrown around. Thankfully the phone had a glass screen protector on it (to my pleasant surprise). There was some slight wear around the rim but I know it tends to happen to those phones. The warranty was back in September even though they put down it was 2 days old but thats on me for not asking. Overall alright experience.
