Did discover, according to Apple, that this phone isn’t compatible with Apple’s lightning card reader. A bummer when our checking game cameras. No fault of seller.

Phone posted as Mint had scratches. Customer service took a few days to send llabel.

Phone came with a crack on the screen protector on the top-left. Not too worried since it is only on the screen protector and it has a screen protector to begin with which most phones don't.
The phone was not able to take calls or texts with my Net10 sim card. Other phones and my previous galaxy s8 was able to use the sim card. I tried to activate it with the carrier but they were having a lot of problems with registering it. I even tried multiple SIM cards but the same problem persisted. The phone keeps losing connection after a few minutes of being turned on and I even factory reset it but the problem came back. I want to return the phone and hoping that the seller will let me do so.

There were some technical issues with the buyers' product item page/ site - ended up having to contact swappa customer service, thankfully they were able to iron out the issues. phone is perfectly fine other than that. :) i will continue to use swappa but wont purchase from this store again.
