This is an excellent company. I was skeptical never bought from Swappa. ThePhoneStore did a great job even with the power outage in Texas. They still sent it timely even with the power outage in Texas. I was expecting it to take longer to get but it came today 2-22-2012. I’m up here in Minnesota. My son dropped his old phone in the hole ice fishing on Upper Red Lake, Minnesota. I’m having him chip in some money to buy this phone so he has skin in the game. The phone came well packaged and even had a screen protector. My son said his battery is 100%. My son got the 2020 SE. I’ve still got an S9 myself. Next time in the market I’ll be looking for this company since I now trust this company. I will definitely tell people because I’m so pleased with the experience.
I did buy floating water proof thing for my son so he doesn’t lose anymore phones ice fishing.
