I was sold a t-mobile phone instead of an unlocked phone as advertised. Seller apologized and offered refund. Said they had a mix up as they sell t-mobile and sprint phones as well as unlocked phones. Said they had no way of knowing it was t-mobile because the box didn't say. I have looked over the phone's packaging and it says t-mobile in three different spots. Very unhappy with this situation this was a Christmas gift and now I have to scramble to find another phone. Be careful purchasing.
