Phone not as described and I have followed process for seller resolution and have received zero response. Swappa support has joined and still no responds so they told me to request refund through payment processing. Only my second purchase through Swappa and a really frustrating and disappointing one. Product is not mint condition when it has a scratch on the screen and that's what I paid for! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
