The phone was not in mint condition as described in the post, but I truly believe this was an honest oversight by the seller. The phone was in great condition with no scratches whatsoever on the glass, and only one very small nick near one of the corners. He offered a partial refund for the mistake, and also offered to take back the phone and cover the return shipping. I decided to keep the phone, and overall am happy with the transaction.
