This seller is PHENOMENAL!!! His thorough communication kept me up-to-date and informed at all times, and of course, this made me feel at ease. At the time of the sale, he was away on vacation. He took the time to let me know this right after the sale. I told him that I was ok waiting about a week for him to return and ship the phone, so of course I was surprised to learn that he went ahead and made arrangements to have the phone shipped to me with ZERO delay time. Then, after all of that, once again he took the time to call me personally to make sure I received the phone and I was happy with my purchase. What more can I say. Simply the BEST!
