**UPDATED REVIEW**
--The phone was first used and inspected on Christmas, because it was a gift for someone. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the "pre-installed sim card" was no longer in the sim slot (there wasn't anything there). Luckily the person already had a sim card that they just transferred easily over to the moto. Lowered from 5 stars to 1 because the description says "Never used brand new"...left out the part about how you took the sim card out. Another thing that stood out was that the screen protector like cover that comes with every phone was obviously taken off and put back on, because there was a bubble in the middle (never happens with a brand new phone). The whole phone is a little shady and I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually refurbished. When you spend $300 dollars on something, you expect to get exactly what is described, not parts of it.
