The battery on this device is draining very quickly. I hope I have not been deceived.

Received a phone from seller that was described as "unlocked," but when it was received it was not plus it was carrying an "outstanding balance." Now that's not that big of a deal because everyone makes mistakes. The problem with this transaction was the lack of communication and action from the seller after the mistake was brought to his attention. Item was returned, but seller went awol and was not heard from, and I had to open a case to receive my fund.s I don't know what happened, but that's not good at all.

Have received the phone in amazing condition and within the timeline the buyer set. The phone is in amazing Condition, No scuffs or scratches, and the Buyer even included a screen Protector. I’ll change the rating to 5 stars once I attempt to add A line to the phone. If everything is fine by then, I’ll update :).

Only thing wrong with the phone is that one the the phone speakers doesn’t work, but other than that I was able to get on my carrier without a problem, Thanks Brad .

Dropped to three stars because phone is having sever issues with its network, going from 4Glte to 3g, then no network at all, then back again, where im in an area with amazing connection, and had no issues with my prior phone the V20 with this. other than that the phone is flawless.

AVOID THIS SELLER. He sold me a phone that was blacklisted by T-Mobile. When I brought up this issue he began blaming me of all people, saying that I must owe money on the phone, it was my fault and that I had lied and was using the phone...none of which was true or even possible. T-Mobile told me to get my money back and to have nothing to do with the phone (which they said was stolen/lost or had money held against it). The seller made it as annoying as possible. He would not cooperate with Swappa or myself which forced me to file a dispute on PayPal. Through PayPal he never answered any requests sent his way. Luckily PayPal saw right through it and ruled in my favor, giving me my money back. What should have been a quick refund turned into one of my biggest headaches.

Brad sold me a phone with an undisclosed 23 months of ATT Next payments due on it, which is against swappa policy (for good reason). He did not claim ignorance, it was on his personal account, and he was unwilling to use my payment to clear the balance. He then refused to take it back without going through PayPal's claim service, attempting to charge a "restocking fee". PayPal ruled in my favor, but it took multiple emails and a little over a month to get my money back. Heed my and the other warnings here and AVOID THIS SELLER.
