Bought phone. Phone didn't work in 99% of the areas. Took it to T-mobile, they said something was wrong with the phone. Told seller, he said they are idiots and are wrong. I took it to Apple, they also said something was wrong with phone. Told seller. He called me cheap for buying a phone on a "cheap" network when it was clearly the cells fault since all other T-mobile phones worked fine in those areas. Would not do business with this person. After days and days of argueing, he finally agreed to send me a refund(minus shipping and swappa's share) after I reported it to Paypal that it was a broken phone and also to Swappa's staff. Will not buy anything from him again considering he called all the T-mobile staff idiots and me cheap.

Received the device as described. It was shipped very quickly and had no issues setting it up. The phone is in great condition.

The device was shipped without being wiped and restored to the start/greeting screen. Also the device was shipped in the "on" state. The device was sitting on the home screen when I un-boxed it from the shipping container with only 2% battery remaining.

There were some other minor shipping and packaging issues but the device seems to be working properly and is other wise as described by the seller.

Phone wasn't as described, the seller was cooperative with refunding me. I appreciate the cooperation.

Seller is a thief and liar. Gave me wrong zip and item was returned to me. Took 2 times to ship back then claims he never got the return when tracking said otherwise. He should be banned from swappa for theft. PayPal went in my favor in 15 min.

Big fat Zero! This guy was so unprofessional, rude and incompetent. He sent a phone that blatantly broke Swappa policy, IMEI on the back of phone did not match the IMEI on inside software, the phone was refurbished with "NE" mpn number and touchID did not work. He did not disclose any of this in the listing. I had to open a Paypal dispute to resolve and even then, he did not refund my shipping expense. I guess I had to pay for part of his incompetence. I am not a picky shopper and have always left positive feedback to sellers on ebay etc. but this is one purchase that has been stressful and regrettable. AVOID buying from FastiRepair!!!!

I will rate this 3 stars as the item was shipped promptly and communication was good. The item I received however, was not as described. The item had water damage, a 3rd party installed battery and a voided warranty on an Iphone 6. I ended up returning the item for a full refund. I question the source as to where this seller received their resell items

Phone has been replaced, seller claim he's trying to switch ownership under apple care +. I called apple and a lady from Technical Support told me phone was swap last year. :_(
