Sale was as advertised and prompt. Only drawback was the packaging left much room for improvements. Crumpled sheet of paper in a box. There was bubble wrap however the phone was not in it and was lying in the bottom.

I ended up going to the Genius Bar and got the speakers cleaned out, apparently they were really gunked up. It was covered under the limited one year warranty. Thank you for your patience and hope you have a good trip, enjoy your time out of the country and be safe.
