Easy peasy lemon squeeze.

This seller says they do their best to provide great customer support, but yet after multiple attempts reaching out to them via Swappa about an issue with the device they sold me and getting no response, Swappa support recommended for me to request a refund through PayPal because this seller will not respond to them either. It seems they root their devices, so if you purchase a phone with software specific to a certain carrier it is not because they flash different software on it and change the look and fuctionality of it. If you want a clean, out of the box software experience that hasn't been adjusted in any way, I wouldn't buy a phone from this seller. Also, if you want a seller that will help you with a return or exchange when their is an issue with your purchase I wouldn't risk buying from this seller. I try not to give negative reviews ever, but this seller's lack of response or solution has caused me to have to. They will not even answer Swappa back and it will be a month soon.

Quick delivery and good quality

I received the phone last week and have been using it since. The phone works great, and while the phone is in great shape, the screen came with multiple noticeable scratches on the top right side, which were not noticeable from the pictures the seller attached. The overall condition of the phone is pretty good, but wish I had known it had those scratches on the screen.

Phone has been refurbished, and it was done well enough for me to live with it. Punch hole camera is a little off and covers some screen, but enough for me again to live with it. The charger is fairly loose, so I try to use a wireless charger. Not the best experience, but it was good and I wouldn't hesitate buying again.
