Seller sold me a stolen phone. When I returned it he decided not to communicate anymore and ignored swappas repeated comments. Buyer and Swappa Beware

Overall okay phone, but had scratches and gouges that weren't listed in the listing. I even asked specifically about scratches/gouges, and the seller denied that the phone had any. Also, the front facing camera was knocked out of place. I took it to the Apple Store to see what was wrong. They said there were some mechanisms out of place internally and it looked like the phone had been repaired before due to trauma. Not sure if the seller had dropped this phone and then fixed it themselves or what. Thankfully it was still under AppleCare warranty so I didn't have to pay for a new camera or screen, but I was a bit disappointed that I paid so much for a damaged phone. I now keep this phone in a case that is opaque because the scratches/gouges on the back are embarrassing to keep the phone in the clear case I had purchased specifically for it. This was not a terrible transaction, but more disappointed in the lack of info the seller had provided, even when asked specifically.
