I got the iPad and it was completely dead, which was fine, because it came with a charger, but once I got it charged, it needed a passcode. When I reached out to the buyer, I never got a response. My husband finally just had to look up how to override the passcode to set up the iPad. Once it was set up, it was great!

Great experience. Phone as described. Seller followed up. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
