Let me start by saying the purchasing of the device, and the shipping was quick and easy. Though advertised as a Verizon phone, after going into multiple stores and calling Verizon, they all said the same thing, it was locked to AT&T. I communicated with the seller and he said he would then unlock it, for me to hold on. It never worked, so we agreed on a full refund. Once it shipped back, he argued with me about how the phone should have worked. He ended up trying to go back on his word to refund me, so I had to get Swappa staff involved. They found him at fault and asked him to refund me, to which he argued with them as well until they forced him to refund me. He never sent me a full refund, only part of the shipping cost. Ranger acted very unprofessional about an issue that was simple for him to just refund me. Ranger was good for the sale, but outside of taking my money, he became unprofessional, rude and arrogant about his product. I do not recommend buying from him.

the device so far has worked perfectly and received it in a timely matter the only problem I've had so far is the charger they send with it sometimes overheats the watch.
