Horrible customer experience. My phone was sent to the wrong address. I ask to ship ASAP after their mistake and new shipping label was not updated until 4 days after. I then asked the seller if the phone was the same than the one in the listing, and seller ignored my question. I received the phone without a Sim tray and seller is asking me if I want the Sim card tray to be shipped. Was supposed to get the phone a week ago, now I have to wait 3 4 more days if I ever get the Sim card tray. 4 or 3 phones bought from swappa and never had such a horrible experience.

Seller shipped the iPad I ordered quickly and once the package was received it not only matched the listing 100% (condition was marked as mint and I didn't see any blemishes on inspection) but it also was well packaged for shipping which helped ensure no damage. Would definitely buy from user again.

Did you guys ship me the right phone? There is a chip taken out of the bottom of the phone on the bezel and there are obvious scratches on the screen which i do not recall reading about in the description. I could have bought a cheaper phone with less severe scratches on the screen that was listed at the time
