I hope I can get pictures attached to my review, to show the two scratches. The phone was describes as mint, flawless screen. The initial communication was great, delivery was in time, but upon inspection of the item, there were two spots with scratches. Approached the seller and his response: sorry for the mistake we make, can I refund $15 to make it up, sometimes we miss it. Well, buyers be aware, sometimes they miss to spot or write that the phone is not as described - maybe this is a generic text he puts for every items he sells on Swappa. Now my issue is that Swappa was just sitting there and sending me their policy. I have to pay for shipping back for items with wrong description. Amazon does the right thing and takes care of their customers, in this case neither Swappa nor seller tried much. To correct seller mistake, I need to spend more time running to post office, cause his shipping labels have a time expiration. Refund? Forget about it, not anymore. Stay away.

Item received quickly and in better than described condition. While not really of importance on this sale, it looks like this was originally a Verizon phone, as the OEM unlock button is grayed out.

Long overdue since I forgot to mark this sale complete, but everything was received as expected and the phone was in fantastic condition.

Everything came as it was supposed to. Phone had a protective cover over the entire outside, was in a padded pouch, inside a small cardboard box, in a padded envelope. Device came exactly as described.

Close to what was described except the following:
1. There are two small scratches on the glass screen.
2. The battery life is not good and runs out in less than 1 day unless I have the phone in battery saving mode 24/7 (I'm not a heavy user).
3. The phone started to become glitchy soon after receiving it, and at times takes a couple minutes to wake up after just dimming the screen.

Not sure if I'm happy with my purchase overall...

This phone was literally perfect! Seriously in better condition than "good". The recipient is very satisfied. What a good buy!
