The sales was fast and easy. The phone was properly packaged when it was shipped. One item I would suggest improving on is ensuring the phone is factory reset so when the customer first turns on the phone it appears as if it was new. This phone turned on as if it was used by someone right before they packaged it for shipping.

Fast shipping, accurate description!

Arrived in good condition just as described.

Device arrived damaged in the Display port. I contacted the Seller about exchanging the device. The Seller agreed to send me a return label and ship me a replacement after shipping the original back. After several days of messaging the seller and awaiting the return label,I had to get Swappa involved to get a response. I then received a label and proceeded to ship it back. I messaged Seller upon shipment of the damaged device to see when the replacement will be shipped. I simply received a message saying Refund sent. Horrible seller that tied my purchase up for weeks and I still don't have the device I required.

It was not new as he stated I have a video. It had NO PLASTICS on the phone. You just can’t trust anyone these days. My first experience on this site and I was scammed. Now I dispute with my credit company as fraud.
