There was actually slight damage in the form of scratches on the back and a dent at the charging port, but overall the device is in good shape and one of the best deals I have gotten. Overall, I am VERY pleased.

I do not know why the seller had to wait till Paypal moved my payment to his bank account before shipping. It is something that I would have accepted if told in the listing, but I did not know till a week later when I checked on shipping. The 1 week between payment and shipping does not bother me, but should be mentioned in case another user is in a hurry.
