Edit 4/27:
We've been having data issues on and off since we received the phone. Assumed it was cause it was an 'unlocked phone' which we are using on T-mobile. Found out yesterday it's due to the phone being a corporate phone; this makes the phone require corporate messaging service to get data properly (extra 5$ per month.) I believe this should have been in the description since it forces you to pay for additional monthly services.
