Phone did not ship for almost two weeks after purchase. This phone was listed as "mint" but two of the buttons do not backlight as they are supposed to. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to disclose.

While the device screen / corners were mint, a phone with a broken charging port should not have been listed as mint. This fell entirely off within 2 days of having the phone. I did read this in the description that it was lose, but i have never owned one of these phones thus didn't realize exactly what that meant. Also, I did not receive a charger. I had to buy my own. I paid top dollar for this phone and it really should have been described in the description if it didn't come with a charger. Phone works well, but overall was not thrilled with yet another experience on swappa. This will be my last swappa purchase.

Phone was in good shape, I got it in relative short order.
